I really miss living in San Luis Obispo CA. This is Laguna Lake. It's a great place to hang out and write, or go hiking, or feed the ducks or take the kids to the playground.

What's a girl to do. It's hard to tell if anyone is even looking at my posts. I need to make sure I have a counter.

I just love these new arrows Guy made. They are flu-flus. The ones in the front have 'banana' fletching. The ones in the back are the style he usually makes. They are a custom order and going to their new home now. So I grabbed a photo while I had the chance.

Ghost Cat

I named this cat Ghost.

He used to stroll through all the yards and drive my indoor cats crazy.

Eventually I realized I hadn't seen him in a long time,

and a lot of the other neighborhood cats disappeared as well.

So like a real ghost, he disappeared.

The Shoes That Sent Someone to Bulgaria

Our archery club had a raffle to pay for one of our members to go study archery in Bulgaria. So I bid $40 on these shoes for the raffle and won them. She usually sells them custom made for $70 so I feel like I got a great deal and made it possible for one of our members to go to Bulgaria to meet the archers there and work on bows and arrows. I don't know whose going yet. The club will draw names when they've raised enough money to buy the tickets.
